Hello, I'm Iliyan Naydenov,
founder and owner of The Green Bear – a brand for health-focused products, including herbal mixes, nutritional supplements, and accessories, all produced in Europe under strict quality control.
My journey to building this brand started back in 2019, as a result of my long-standing experience as a wellness expert and advocate for healthy nutrition and cultural lifestyle. After a successful athletic career, I decided to share the knowledge I had gathered through books on topics like detox and weight loss. One of the first mixes I developed, "Detox 2.0", quickly became a hit. People who tried it saw amazing results, thanks to the powerful natural ingredients and herbs included in it.
What truly motivated me, however, was the countless stories of people who turned their lives around thanks to The Green Bear – many of whom were struggling with health issues and found relief. That’s how our signature product was born – Slim Bear Detox Tea. Every herbal mix has been created with the idea to combine ancient herbal knowledge with a modern approach to health and wellness – helping people detox, slim down, sleep better, or feel more energized. Since then, we’ve expanded our range to include immune-boosting blends, products for kids, sports nutrition, and more.
Family Legacy & Mission
For many years, I didn’t realize it – but my love for herbs is no coincidence. It’s deeply rooted in my family history. My great-grandfather, Nayden Dimitrov, together with his brother, was the owner of the largest herbalist shop in Northwestern Bulgaria, more than 100 years ago.
This herbal apothecary served not only the local region but also exported herbs abroad, at a time when Bulgaria was a leading global supplier of medicinal herbs to Europe. That family story holds deep meaning for me – and now, as my son David carries the same last name "Naydenov," he also carries the mission of his great-great-grandfather.
In 2024, David, together with The Green Bear, will officially represent the fifth generation in our family’s herbal heritage.
This bridge between generations is what inspires me to create lasting value – for the future, for my family, and for every customer who becomes part of our Green Bear community.
Дълги години не го осъзнавах, но любовта ми към билките не е случайна – тя е дълбоко вкоренена в семейната ми история. Моят прадядо Найден Димитров, заедно с брат си, е бил собственик на най-големия билкарник в Северозападна България, преди повече от сто години.
Този билкарник е снабдявал не само околните райони, но и е изнасял билки за чужбина, когато България е била водещ износител на билки в Европа. Тази семейна история има огромно значение за мен, защото синът ми Давид е петото поколение от фамилия "Найденов", идваща именно от прадядо ми.
През 2024г, Давид, заедно с "The Green Bear", навършиха своите пет години. Това е връзка между поколенията, която ме вдъхновява всеки ден да оставям стойност за бъдещето – както за моето семейство, така и за нашите клиенти.
